Our Paggi Run Coaching services combine our knowledge of running and physical therapy with your training goals. Together, we will work to create an individualized plan that is sustainable, minimizes injury risk, and improves your fitness.  

Whether your goal is to run your first 5K or to PR your next marathon, Paggi Run Coaching will go through an in-depth assessment of your history and running biomechanics to keep you strong, healthy, and crushing your goals!

Training Plans for Purchase

We will soon be offering an array of Training Plans for purchase. Plans will range from the 5K to Marathon distance for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced runners. Each plan will include both running and strength workouts to keep you healthy and strong while striving to reach your goals.  

  


Meet Our Paggi Run Coach

Amanda Kuczmiec, PT, DPT, CSCS 

Amanda received her DPT from Northeastern University in 2019. Since then, she has pursued continuing education in run coaching, running gait analysis, and strength & conditioning. She has experience coaching athletes training for races from the 5K to the Marathon. Amanda has a special interest in working with athletes returning from injury to help them get back to chasing their goals strong and healthy. She believes in evaluating the whole athlete, including history, biomechanics, and strength, in order to create an individualized plan for each unique athlete. She has run races from the 400m to the Marathon distance on both road and trail surfaces.
